The renovation was designed by two highly renowned architects Juana Grichener (co-designer of Wallpaper design award winning Hotel Home) and Alejandro Delisio (+3, Olsen). Below you will find the architectural plans. The project is complete according to the following versions of the plans. Click on the image to see a larger view.
The top plan corresponds to the top floor–two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedroom and full bathroom on the left side opens out to a terrace and a balcony lines all rooms over the downstairs patio. The left bedroom has been thoughtfully constructed to become one or two closed bedrooms or studios or left open to the indoor staircase. The lines you find drawn in that room are the possible divisions.
There is a space shown in the second part of the plans that is its own floor–perfect for an office or studio. It lies above the kitchen and below the upper patio and looks out over the main living space on the bottom floor.
